To avoid unnecessary problems, we prefer that students are registered in person, by mail or by phone.   

In order to hold a place in a course, registration form with payment must be received before the class starts. Cancellations are accepted up to one week before course begins, but supply fees will be retained. No refund will be paid for cancellation after courses begin. __________ Initial here.

Making up a missed class will be the responsibility of the student. Please phone to let us know of your absence. The teacher will try to work you in for a make-up if there is another section of the same class. ________ Initial here.

Due to limited storage space, all work left after 3 months will become property of the center and will disposed of as we choose.____________ Initial here.
