To avoid unnecessary problems, we prefer that students are registered in person, by mail or by phone. In order to hold a place in a course, registration form with payment must be received before the class starts. Cancellations are accepted up to one week before course begins, but supply fees will be retained. No refund will be paid for cancellation after courses begin. __________ Initial here.
